The Foodery's Policies Regarding Allergens, Meal Care, and Liability
The eight most common food allergens are as follows: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts (for example, almonds, cashews, walnuts), fish (for example, salmon, bass, and flounder), shellfish (for example, crab, lobster, shrimp), soy and wheat. If you're allergic to any of these items, you should know that we prepare foods in our kitchen with these ingredients, and while we make every effort not to do so, we cannot guarantee that there won't be any cross contamination with your other meals. At this time, The Foodery does not offer the option to customize meals. Food allergy reactions can range from mild to severe. We urge you to exercise caution when ordering our meals if you have allergic conditions. We are not responsible for injuries or fatalities that result from the inclusion and/or ingestion of allergen-based ingredients. The Foodery is not responsible for spoilage of meals, sickness, or injury due to improper refrigeration, freezing, or reheating of meals.
